1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating or using a Bubobux account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the authenticated services. You must be legally permitted to use reward, advertising, cryptocurrency, and payment services in your location.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, maintain one account unless Bubobux explicitly authorizes otherwise, and protect your password, recovery codes, and any two-factor authentication credentials. Two-factor authentication may be required for sensitive actions such as withdrawals. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.
3. Coins and rewards
Bubobux Coins are internal platform reward and advertising units. They are not bank deposits, securities, or independently transferable cryptocurrency. Offerwall rewards may be credited to the USD balance. Traffic, Video, and Banner Credits are retired and are not part of the current balance or campaign model. Values, rates, fees, minimums, availability, and conversion rules may change as displayed by the platform. Rewards are credited only after the applicable task and verification requirements are completed.
Bubobux may reverse rewards produced by errors, duplicate callbacks, chargebacks, automation, manipulation, or activity that violates these terms.
4. Advertising campaigns
You may submit websites, banners, and other supported campaign materials only when you have the right to promote them. Campaign Coins are reserved before review. Rejected campaigns return the eligible reservation; cancellation after activation refunds only undelivered value and may include the displayed fee. Campaigns must use accurate destinations and must not distribute malware, phishing, deceptive content, illegal material, forced downloads, or content that infringes third-party rights. Campaign delivery and targeting are not guaranteed.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use bots, scripts, click farms, emulators, automated viewing, multiple accounts, fraudulent identities, manipulated postbacks, artificial referrals, or technical measures intended to generate unearned rewards. You may not interfere with the service, probe restricted systems, evade security checks, harass other members, or use the chat and advertising tools for spam or abuse.
6. Purchases and withdrawals
Purchases and withdrawals may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their fees, limits, verification, blockchain confirmation, and availability rules. You are responsible for supplying correct wallet and payment details. Completed cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Bubobux may delay or reject a transaction while investigating fraud, technical errors, sanctions, or compliance concerns.
7. Third-party services
Offerwalls, advertised websites, video platforms, payment processors, and external links are operated by third parties. Their content, availability, privacy practices, decisions, and services are outside Bubobux control. Your use of those services may be governed by additional terms.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Bubobux does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular number of offers or advertisements, guaranteed earnings, permanent exchange rates, or continued availability of any module. Maintenance, provider outages, market conditions, abuse prevention, or legal requirements may affect the service.
9. Suspension and termination
Bubobux may restrict, suspend, or close accounts and campaigns that violate these terms, threaten the platform, create legal or financial risk, or require investigation. Where appropriate, affected rewards or balances may be held while the matter is reviewed.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the platform, its services, or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
